Affirmatively Speaking

I sent the affirmation below to my Vitamin K subscribers; and I received such overwhelming response — a lot of “thank you’s” and other positive feedback — so I thought I would share it more globally. Feel free to use it tomorrow, or the next day, or the next… or several times daily. No fat, no carbs,  no calories, but it will still feed your soul.

Good day, my friend.  How are you this morning?  Are you awake? Raring to go? I’m sure you are. But before you run off to tackle your day, please take a few minutes — just a few — and contemplate these next few words with me.

First, take a single, slow… deep… breath, then let it out very slowly… the read along — ALOUD — with me:

I am an awesome person, and today is an awesome day! This day and I are made for each other and I look forward to every gift this day has to offer — even the ones I don’t fully understand, at first — and  I accept them with gratitude!

I meet this day with confidence and strength, and I know that I know that I am equal to whatever joy or challenge may arise, and I give myself permission to win, and enjoy the winning.  This will be an awesome day, and I will handle it in my awesome way.  So let it be written.”

Okay my little super hero… you take that with you today. Read it again later, and have that awesome day in your awesome way.  And yes… you do rock ;)

Have an awesome day!

Kelvin Ringold

Born to John and Lora Ringold on October 24, 1953, grew up, went to school, graduated high school and joined the Air Force -- turned 18 in basic training. Did 20 years in the Air Force and retired in 1991. Moved to Syracuse, worked at University Hospital and retired from there at 55. During that 55 years... I learned some lessons, one of which is that LIFE is what we make it. I spend a major portion of my waking hours helping other people figure out the same thing. Life is what we make of it, and... "when you master your mindset, you master your life." That's my mission: living it, and teaching it.
