Long Time No See!

Greetings, my friends! It’s been a LONG time since I’ve created a post here, but I’m back! I’ve had  various reasons for that, but none of them really cut the mustard. I could say “Happy New Year!” but that would just be a diversion. You see, the real reason for my absence is… indecision. But “stalled” is not stopped, my friends.

You notice that I have a new blog theme. For some time, I’ve felt I needed to update the theme — bring it into the century, perhaps. And at this writing, you’ll notice a black and gold graphic mentioning my Platinum Coaching program.  My friend and podcast partner, Josh Shear, remarked just a few days ago, “Oh… that’s so 1990’s.” So if you see this post in the first few days after I publish it, that graphic will be there; but not for much longer.

You’re familiar with the syndrome where we just get stuck on something and rather than change it or move past it, we just sit on it and ponder.  I think that’s how squirrels end up squashed on the highways. They’re not sure which way to go, so they either sit there or just spin in place until something moves thing.

However, I’m moving now — again. I’ve had a similar status in a couple of areas in my life, which gives some credence to the title of the book I’m now reading called, “The Way You Do Anything, is the Way You Do Everything!”  You may have experienced something similar from time to time. But since I’m moving here, I’m also moving in the other areas, so life is good and you may expect movement to continue.  Don’t get accustomed to anything being status quo for a while. I’m looking, thinking, growing, planning, and changing as I go along.

As an update, I’m involved with two podcasts these days. I mentioned the one above with my friend Josh. It’s called JKWD Podcast — as in Josh and  Kelvin’s World Domination, where we help you dominate your world. We’ve kicked that up several notches in the past 6 months, and are interviewing some awesome guests. Drop by and listen to a few episodes and maybe you’ll want to make it a regular part of your podcast diet.

I also have my own Intensely Positive Podcast, designed to help you “master your mindset so you can master your life.” We’ve turned that up a notch recently too, so look for more  awesome guests there also.

I’m excited to be back, and looking forward to an amazing 2018 and beyond. I hope you will be here with me.  Until next time, remember these words from the mighty Tony Robbins: “A goal is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.”  Are you ready to show up?

Stay awesome! I’ll be back in a few days!

Kelvin Ringold

Born to John and Lora Ringold on October 24, 1953, grew up, went to school, graduated high school and joined the Air Force -- turned 18 in basic training. Did 20 years in the Air Force and retired in 1991. Moved to Syracuse, worked at University Hospital and retired from there at 55. During that 55 years... I learned some lessons, one of which is that LIFE is what we make it. I spend a major portion of my waking hours helping other people figure out the same thing. Life is what we make of it, and... "when you master your mindset, you master your life." That's my mission: living it, and teaching it.
